Hailey's World: 2010

So, I’ve had some complaints about my blog… mostly that I don’t blog.. So here is what we’ve been up to this summer. I can’t believe that 2010 is almost over! It just began!!

And this one. We met Pepper and her family at the dog park and let the kids run around.

On the road again.. This is what Hailey looked like all the way to Arizona… She sure is flexible! That was a LONG drive!!! It only took 40 hours!!!

We made it to Texas!!

We took a detour to White Sands… that was a lot of fun!! There was sand in every crevice!!

Toby tried to get in her hole and she was really mad!

words cannot express what a gorgeous place White Sands is. You really should make it out there if you can…

We made it to Mom and Dad Bowman’s in Sierra Vista, but made a day trip to Mesa to see Grandma/Grandpa Clifford. Hailey just LOVED Grandpa. It was so sweet. I will always treasure these photos. What an incredible man. He has a way to make you feel so loved!

Grandma was kind enough to share her doll with Hailey.. but she sure was protective of her! It was so CUTE!

Afterwards we made our trip to the temple. Isn’t it pretty? I’m a little biased

Here is our newest addition to the family. Toby Tobes Bowman. (for some reason I can't change the font, color, or get rid of the underline...grrr) isn't he so cute? our family is complete.. for now:)

He is so much fun! Not a very hyper puppy, which is what we LOVE about him!! I had to throw his moose away.. it was his favorite toy.

We got a good amount of snow this year. Here is Nate and Hailey and Toby. He's wearing his new "snow outfit". He didn't like it very much.

I just love this little girl . She looks so grown up in this picture!!

She is definitely my BIG helper.. She actually did help me sew quite a bit. She was obsessed with the sewing pins and so finally I showed her that they were sharp and would hurt her, and she did great. She would hand me one at a time while I was making a project and would put them back in the box when I was done.

Nate has this obsession to put things (okay, just big toys) in her pants and watch her spin around trying to get them... it is kinda funny but common!

Hailey loves babies! But, this one is her Livy.

We went with the MARC club and got to explore the Aviation museum here in Lexington. It was pretty neat, cold, but neat. She loved all of the big planes and open spaces to run.

We were at my moms house for the weekend and I couldn't find Hailey anywhere. She somehow grabbed a pen and found a piece of paper and climbed up on the seat and started drawing.. she was a little startled when I found her.

I painted her toenails for the first time! She loved it! Aren't her piggies just so tiny and cute?

She CAN NOT leave Toby alone while he is eating. She is always right there with him.. She even hand feeds him sometimes... so cute.

She is my little "bob". She loves to dig and build things. She could be out in the back yard ALL the time if I would let her..

Toby got sick a while back and it was so sad! He was going potty 24/7 for about 3 days straight. it was like having a newborn all over again! It was just a virus he got from visiting a dog park...NEVER AGAIN!

I was feeling really domestic and earth friendly so I went out and bought a really cool clothes line. Who doesn't like the smell of sun and wind blown clothes?

What can I say? She's a monkey and loves to eat oranges!

Bath time is always fun.. But even more so when Daddy and Toby can join!

Our little play mat I found at wal-mart for $3 bucks! I love this thing.. but at our family reunion this past weekend (I'll post later) it got busted! So sad... will have to find another.

Again.. she loves to be naked and to color... Who doesn't?

I went and visited with my parents a couple weeks back and we went to breakfast with my granddad and uncle and Hailey had her first taste of butter, applebutter, and bacon... she loved all three and loved eating them all together! it was very gross to watch..
